1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777laro ("777laro," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777laro online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 777laro.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 777laro service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on the 777laro Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active 777laro account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. 777laro reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 777laro accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 777laro wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) upon successful processing. 777laro does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. 777laro does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be delayed if your account verification is incomplete.

Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three business days, subject to Philippine banking hours. 777laro is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency: All transactions on the 777laro Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 777laro does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777laro may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all 777laro promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

777laro uses certified random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer systems from reputable game providers to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 777laro reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 777laro is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 777laro Platform:

777laro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777laro Platform, including but not limited to the 777laro name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the property of 777laro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 777laro Platform without prior written consent from 777laro.

9. Privacy & Data

777laro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Amendments

777laro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
